First I should say that your great 60 seconds before Christmas when you educated me in another aspect of your business, that you provide individual laptops for personal business use really helped me out!
I was in the midst of looking at getting a new laptop for work and personal use with the idea it was mainly to help my other half find a new job (we don’t have a functioning laptop at home otherwise, seemed a little sticky to be apply for jobs while at work)!!
After a quick conversation, you helped me find a way to save over £100 by buying it through my business (as it’s primarily for business use), and saved me even more in the entire deal! When the delivery company had a little mix up (delivery guy took it to our old office, and have since come and apologised directly for the mix up), you were on the phone chasing it before I had even noticed it was late arriving!!! Actually you had resolved the issue before I even knew it was an issue!!!
